Applying into silence? See what your CV says when you're not in the room.
Silence never tells you how your CV reads. This review does, and usually inside a minute: a score for how the screening software reads your file, a score for how a person reads it, and a fix under every finding. It starts with the section that needs most work.
Bring the PDF or DOCX you're already sending out, under 10MB. Free, no card, and your first upload starts its own review. After that, 1 review a month.

2 scores, for the 2 ways a CV gets read
They measure different things, so the report keeps them apart and explains each one instead of averaging them into a single number.
An ATS readability score that doesn't drift
This shows how readable your CV is to the software that opens it first. It uses a fixed checklist rather than a model, so re-running the review does not move it.
What a person would take from it
How clearly the CV carries your story, how concrete your evidence is, and how specific the writing gets, scored out of 100 with the reasoning written out.
Worst section first
Review up to 12 findings, grouped by the part of your CV they are about, with the most urgent group first. Each one is marked Critical, Important, or Polish, explains the issue, and ends with a concrete fix.
Replacement text for your weakest lines
Compare each original bullet with a proposed replacement, then accept the ones you want. Your highest-impact findings also arrive with a fix draft already written, and you can ask for one on any finding that has none, while the month's allowance lasts. Every fix draft counts against it, whether you asked for it or not.
On the next run, a fresh read
Run the review again after your edits for a new score and findings list. We don't show a change badge because the overall score can move slightly between identical runs, and that drift isn't progress you made.

What this review will not do
You should know where a tool stops before you trust what it tells you. These are the decisions this review will not make for you.
It will not invent a number
A suggested rewrite may only restate facts already on your CV. If a bullet would genuinely be stronger with a metric you didn't write, the review is told to raise that as a finding and leave the bullet alone.
It will not pad the list
The rewrite list is allowed to come back empty, and the review is told not to fill it to look thorough.
It will not apply anything on its own
Nothing is written until you ask for it, and you choose where it lands: a new CV, or your profile. Nothing here edits a document behind you.
It will not guess at the employer
It cannot know which applicant tracking system a company uses. It reads the text out of your file rather than the page as it was laid out, so layout checks stay marked unverified.
Your first review starts before you ask for it
Upload your first CV and its review runs on its own, without spending one of your monthly reviews. After that you ask for one when you want it: 1 a month free and 10 on Pro, counted again from the first of each month. If a run fails before the review starts, you get the credit back.
Read to review it. We never train on it.
An AI provider reads your CV to turn it into a structured profile. We don't train models on your content. Request logs keep technical details, not a copy of your work history.
Questions about the review
No, and that is the difference between a review and a tailoring run. A review reads your CV on its own: is it complete, and would it make sense to someone who has never met you. Tailoring is the other job, and it needs a posting because it is answering that posting requirement by requirement.
AI reads your file into a structured CV, then helps with the overall score, findings, and suggested rewrites. The ATS readability score uses a fixed checklist. A separate check removes rewrites that add dates, figures, or company names your CV does not support.
Not on its own. A review hands back findings and proposed rewrites, and nothing is written until you ask for it: accept the fixes you want, or import the CV as it stands. Either way you choose where it lands, a new CV or your profile, and the file you uploaded is never edited.
The report says so, and the rewrite list stays empty. It does not add filler findings to make the review look more thorough.
No. Nobody outside that company can, and a tool that offers you a reason is selling you one. A reply can be lost to timing, to an internal candidate, to a hiring freeze, or to 200 other applicants. What this review can do is read the document you sent and tell you what a reader can't get out of it, which is the part of the problem that's actually in your hands.
1 a month on the Free plan and 10 on Pro. The count resets with the calendar month. Upgrading raises this cap rather than removing it, which is true of every allowance that costs an AI call. Every run is one.
Usually under a minute. It runs on our side, so you can leave the page and come back to it. If one takes longer, the review says it is still running rather than pretending it finished, and a run that never lands is marked failed.
