Questions about pricing
No. Sign up with a name, an email address, and a password, confirm the email, and you're in. You enter payment details at checkout, when you choose to upgrade, and not before.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is downgraded. Everything counted by the calendar month starts again when the next month does: applications, PDF exports, CV reviews, fix drafts, writing suggestions, requirement rescores, typed answers, and spoken answers. Saved CVs and saved themes are caps on how many you keep at once, so those free up as soon as you are back under the cap.
One per download. Each press builds the file fresh from what is on screen, so a second download of something you already have counts again, and a render that fails counts too. A CV and its cover letter count as 2. CVs you export from the CV Studio draw on the same allowance.
6 allowances are counted on Pro as well as Free, because every one of them is an AI call. CV reviews: 1 free, 10 on Pro. Fix drafts: 3 free, 40 on Pro. Writing suggestions: 100 free, 1,000 on Pro. Requirement rescores: 10 free, 60 on Pro. Typed interview answers: 20 free, 300 on Pro. Spoken interview answers: 1 free, 150 on Pro. Then the hourly rate limits on AI runs, which differ by feature, and the ordinary product limits: an upload of up to 10MB, and a posting of up to 50,000 characters. Job match scoring has a daily limit on both plans: up to 8 new listings free, 30 on Pro, newest first. What Pro removes outright is the monthly caps on applications and exports, and the caps on saved CVs and themes.
No. We don't train models on your content. The privacy policy names the providers your CV is sent to and sets out what is stored and for how long.
It stays yours. Settings has an Export Your Data button: we build a ZIP of your account and email you a time-limited download link, covering your profile, every application with its posting and documents, your CVs, your review results, and the files you uploaded. You can delete a CV whenever you like. Deleting your account from settings closes it and signs you out everywhere, and that's final: 30 days later your files and the record itself are erased.
Yes, in full, within 14 days of subscribing. Nothing is deducted for the part of the period you used. The money goes back the way you paid it. Ask through the contact form, using the email address on your account.
Yes, with Manage Billing in your settings, under Plan and usage. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the Free limits apply again. Nothing is deleted: everything you made on Pro stays in your account and stays readable. The Free caps decide what you can add next, and exporting a PDF of work you made on Pro counts against the Free export allowance like any other.
